That looks like the exact thing posted about a month ago here somewhere, turned out it was a mouldy dried old strawberry stuck from being missed thrown in the bin. 😂

I think it's a type of case bearing moth larvae. Are you in the UK? The closest picture I've found relates to a South African species.

Although yours does look more like a bug op here's the one I mentioned, it was quite funny ..

I think its a case moth www.projectnoah.org/spottings/16914823 and medium.com/@AllyBergamin/the-summer-of-the-saunders-case-moth-a2b9bd24b52b look pretty similar

it got evicted into the garden! I don't mind a creepy crawly but this was very strange. it gave me the creeps 👻
whoever said moth I think could be right, it's still on the garden table so I will keep you posted.
