I get a lot of bloating. I don’t have dairy or wheat as these make it worse. Gp just says ibs and get on with it but I don’t have the other symptoms and I was on meds for it for years and it didn’t help. I’m trying to focus on fodmap diet but I’m interested in digestive enzymes but don’t know where to start. Can anyone help?

I have the same as you. I've tried a variety of these, and yes, the good ones work. By good I mean more expensive with a broader range - I've had some that were just for dairy and they were shit, but I once had some expensive ones that were so good I could even eat a "cheat meal" with all the forbidden things now and then if I took a few. Ask in your local health store! Good luck

I’ll pop in this afternoon. I wasn’t sure if they were a con or not. Iv had all the expensive good bacteria etc and that’s made no difference!

Ah the probiotics and all that? I've found only some of them to be helpful too! The probiotic panda 6 or something like that. It's expensive as hell but I do notice a difference when I take it regularly. I've tried buying cheaper ones but in all honesty I don't notice even the slightest difference with them... so frustrating!
I do have some luck with sipping hot lemon water if I'm having a bloated day.

Colpermin is good for escorting wind out the the back door 😂

Symrove helped me massively but it’s £££. I did the 12 week course and it made an improvement but the beginning was awful and it tastes terrible!

Bromleain is good and easily available on Amazon etc. Also highly recommend Just for Tummies online

Oh god the wind escapes all right. My area is more like a car flap than a back door!

That Symprove stuff I came across before and didn’t buy because of the cost in case it didn’t work. How did it help you bored?

mrs do you take these? Do you take them every day?
