They joke, by a development near me really was an asylum. It's now fancy flats, and loads of houses build in the "park". Creepy place.

Bloody terrifying, they couldn’t pay me to live there!
My great aunt used to work there (at the one near me) and my mum took her to view the show apartment, she said it still smelled the same! Shock

I love it - great joke - and love the spooky exterior photos. The best bit is if you put the postcode in Google Maps it lands you slap bang in the middle of Mitcham Grin
