Do you feel part of the team? What do you do?

Yes I do admin for a charity for a few hours a week and they really make an effort.

Yes. I volunteer in Scouting, which tries to be very welcoming (although I find our local area to be better than the county who seem to forget we have jobs too).

I do two volunteering jobs, and feel very much part of the team for both. I have been with both for 10+ years, and it does take time to feel part of it.

I volunteer for an animal charity, it was the amazingly committed team that inspired me to commit and feel very much part of it.
Best thing I’ve done.

I help with a Guide unit, and, yes, I feel part of the team even though I can't go to every meeting and rarely go on trips/ camps because of my shift work and small children.
