What would you take with you?

For a 48 hour break on your own, when you have a £100 budget to spend on food, drink and treats?

Because I can’t get past sleeping tablets, pjs and my iPad!

I’m a carer for my elderly dad who has multiple physical disabilities along with mice dementia. My local carers’ Centre has kindly funded me a 2night break in a cottage in a couple of weeks time.
Time alone is what I relish and very much need as I’m just about falling over with exhaustion, but other than what I’ve mentioned above, I really can’t think what to take-over to you!

Nice things for a bath (if there is one)? Posh bubbles etc. Stuff to give yourself a facial / mini manicure. A nice book / magazines.
Wellies or walking boots to take yourself off for a nice country walk for an hour or two?
Warm cosy jumpers.
Posh ready meals if you are self catering. Saves the hassle of shopping when you're there.

Yes there’s a bath-excellent idea, amd I have (dog) walking boots, I’ll sling them in the car 👍🏻
