Is it just me that ends up with more dye on my skin ( or it looks that way anyway) then on my hair????

Luckily managed to get most of it off but now i looked like a tiger, had somehow managed a stripe effect across my forehead!!!! Also have a sneaky feeling I may have one much darker eyebrow

I end up covered! Ears end up black, my back ends up all dyed and regularly have bits all over my face!

I even managed to get dye on the bathroom door and the ceiling. I've given myself a home dye ban!

@FTFF I'm not even thinking about my back, my hair passes my shoulder blades so I'm sure it's a weird splodgy mess!!

You need Vines Biocrin Stain Remover. My hairdresser used to get it for me from the warehouse but you can buy it online.

It's a lifesaver if you dye at home.

Thanks @SistersOfHearsey looks like that will be a lifesaver!! I don't know how I can be so bad at this, I've been home colouring for as long as I can remember you'd have thought I'd be better at it by now!

Not just you Pink I can splat the stuff allover. Plus my BF has me dying hers black and I frequently leave her with dead ears.

Now if I could find a decent dark brown dye that covers grey properly AND lasts a bit that would be great.

Cover the areas around your hairline and ears / back of neck with vaseline before dying. That way if you get dye on those bits it just wipes off after, no staining.

@SistersOfHearsey I've just dyed for that reason I used garnier nutrisse in the darkest brown and it's come out lovely, I don't know if you tried that one.

@RavenLG thanks I'll try that though I think I may need to cover the whole top half of my body :/
