Looking for a bit of advice to with a neighbour's hedge - it's quite tall (think 8-10ft) high and is growing steadily into our garden. I appreciate they like the height due to the privacy it provides, but would I be a CF to ask them to split the cost of trimming it back? The hedge is on their side i.e. they're responsible for that boundary wall.
