Hello, I've been keeping my eye out for tickets to Cornwall over Christmas and they're seem to be much more expensive than last year. Does anyone know if the cheap advance tickets are actually out yet or should I go ahead and book? TIA

I was going to go away for new year and I got a message to say the advance tickets were available .. so I assume so for over Xmas.

I dont know op, but over summer i went to torquey and the guy at my train station advised me that they didnt have any cheap advanced fairs!!!! I booked on the day in fhe end as the price was the same.

Okay. I'll hold on. I looked and my return journey was £75 cheaper than the fares being shown at the moment. I may wait another week or so and book then.

I think advance fares usually go on sale 12 weeks beforehand.

Have you looked at splitting the tickets? It’s often cheaper, for me to travel to Birmingham should have been £30. A ticket from here to Banbury and one from Banbury to Birmingham was £16.
