Can anyone help?
When I had my first mid wife apt she stated that I can use my married name even though i haven't officially changed my second name yet ie at the GP, bills, passport etc. This was all fine until it was mentioned when I visited the hospital for a small issue and the hospital said it may an issue when I'm registering the baby if all my maternity notes and when I have the baby I'm under my married name and when I go to register the baby I'm using my passport for ID and it's under my maiden name? Will this actually be an issue?
Ps I'm due in 5 weeks won't have time to change all the necessary documents in time before baby comes!
Help!!
