Fuck! Missed my depo injection by a month!

Just that, was meant to have it on september 18th, i changed my number so didnt get the reminder and only realised yesterday!

I need reassurance! Surely i cant get pregnant that quickly!? Im panicking, took a test last night and negative but arrgh!

If it’s any consolation it took over a year for my periods to coming back after stopping. Best you can do is book another appointment for two since first negative test. Then test the morning of that appointment. Explain everything at the appointment including the home tests. Oh and I shouldn’t need to say condoms until it is back in your system. Plus have a back up calendar from now on.

You should be OK. My periods also stopped for quite a while after finishing the injections. Think it was about six months and even then they were irregular. Can you get the implant instead so you don’t miss an appointment?

That is reassuring to hear! I last had it on 2nd of july. Had yesterday and today worried sick imagining pregnancy symptoms, awful!

Took me 14 months after stopping before I got a period and another 6 months to conceive. Highly unlikely you're pregnant.

I had appointment with the nurse who said cant have depo for 3 week in case i'm pregnant so booked in for 3 weeks time. A long wait!
