Parking in the centre of Oxford???

Going to be in Oxford today, but just for a short time. Given that we're not there long, we'd like to park as near as we can to the centre rather than park and ride. I am happy (well, not happy, but accepting) to throw large amounts of money at the problem as this is a one-off. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.

Sign up to Just Park and see what they have. If you Google Oxpens is the one recommended. £7 for 4 hours.

I'm not from Oxford (but am aware parking in the city centre can be a bit of a nightmare), don't know if this is any help www.oxford.gov.uk/directory/8/car_parks_in_oxford/category/53?

Park in new westgate centre

Easy and not expensive.

Westgate or try St Giles's. However we always either bus it or park and ride.

Great, thank you all. Will aim for the west gate. Ordinarily happy to park and bus or have a longer walk, but it's a flying visit en route to elsewhere.

Worcester St car park is my go to car park, I just then walk up George St (past the New Theatre) and you’re right bang in the middle of town.
