Hoovering on Sunday, what time is acceptable?

I'm in an upstairs flat, neighbour is in, can see her car, but don't know if she's sleeping.

I probably wouldn't do it until 10

I wait until I hear movement if I can. I need to hoover and I'm going to wait until 10.

I wish our neighbours asked this question. They hoover their hard floor (!) every day including weekends at 7.30.

Happy hoovering! I agree 10 or when you hear movement. I was apparently being very unreasonable to be annoyed when my retired neighbour was mowing her lawn before 9am on a Sunday....
