I don’t know if anyone else watched Breakfast news this morning , they talked to a widower about how he does a doodle a day to deal with the death of his wife
The story is heartbreaking. The pictures are beautiful

Beautiful. Reminds me of Ronald Searle's drawings for his wife - she went through five years of cancer treatment in the 1970s and he drew her a picture for every chemotherapy treatment. She survived, but the drawings stayed a secret until three months before he died, when they were published as Les Tres Riches Heures de Mrs Mole. www.theguardian.com/books/gallery/2012/jan/04/ronald-searle-mrs-mole-in-pictures
