Worried about my unborn baby after car crash

Hi everyone, I was hoping to get some advice/ reassurance from some fellow mums/mums to be at this time. I found out last week that I was pregnant for the second time. We have a lovely little girl who's just turned 3, so we were very excited to find out little one number 2 was on the way. I'm probably only about 8 weeks so early days at the minute. I'm a postie by day, ( so early mornings don't phase me lol😉) however yesterday just threw my life upside down. As I was on my way to work about 5.30am my car was crashed into by someone going too quickly and lost it trying to turn into the junction. Ended up on my side of the road and hit the front of my car. Air bags, smoke, couldn't open my driver's side door and had to try and scramble out of the passenger side. My first worry wasn't for my car, or even myself, all I could worry about was my baby. The ambulance said that it was too early for the hospital to do anything so I should just check for anything different. Should I be worried? I feel like I've been battered with baseball bats, but I don't care about that, I just can't stop worrying about my little bean. Just don't have anyone to talk to.
