Travel Insurance for 16 year old travelling alone, any recommendations?

Please.

DS and a couple of friends are going abroad to Europe for a few days. We assumed he would be covered under our travel insurance but apparently not and I'm struggling to find a policy that will cover him as none of them are 18.

Any ideas please?
