I haven't tried the M&S one but I've had a carrot cake cheesecake at a coffee shop and and again at a restaurant.
It's beautiful!

Oh, and for those thinking it's wrong, the ones I've tried have had a normal cheesecake filling with the base being carrot cake rather than biscuit.

Waitrose sell it too, the English cheesecake company. I’ve tried the lotus biscuit one- amazing, treacle tart- pretty good, white chocolate and strawberry- average and chocolate cupcake stuffed with cheesecake with salted caramel and honeycomb OMG 😋

The marriage of carrot cake and cheesecake sounds amazing, not surprisingly. Seeing as usual carrot cake icing is cream cheese anyway, a shed load more can only be a good thing.

Waitrose do them too- I picked some up with a yellow sticker a few weeks ago as they were a bargain! They were delicious!

However they are not as good as the proper fresh carrot cake that m&s used to do about 12 years ago. I am still grieving the loss of that cake as have never had such a perfect carrot cake since

Our little something for the weekend is a locally made lemon cake. The secret is it has not been made in my kitchen, but might be passed off as such.

Me too Pickle. I was going to share that at a job interview today during the pleasantries bit about the weather, I mentioned that due to all the rain my house looked like 'Widow Wanky's Wardrobe' I knew it was wrong as the words were coming out but could do nothing about it.
