Being soundingly sneaking about plaque?

Our block of flats isn't numbered. I got chatting to a bloke at the bottom of the street about ceramics outside his door and he said thanks, his girlfriend did them and she'd be really pleased I liked them.

So...my little beautiful cat died a few months ago. I'm thinking about writing them a letter asking if they can do a plaque for me.

It would just say house number then cat + me forever underneath. It would help the postman (or postwoman) and can't see how council could complain as it helps with addressing.

I want her to be commemorated forever as I loved her so much and she died here. I've spoken to everyone on the street and they all say 'fine'.
