Air France - Joon. Anyone travelled with them?

Has anyone travelled with this “low cost” airline? I’m slightly nervous as the flights I have had recommended are 12 hours long and if the airline is too basic it might be hell!!

I don’t know about the budget arm of Air France, but I loathed Air France itself. Rude staff at Charles de Gaulle, both ways and appalling food.

I’m sure others will have something positive to say, but my experience was unpleasant.
