Best curler for first time user

I had my hair curled at the hairdressers and loved it. Please can you recommend a good one for a novice like me? Thank you x

i have a babyliss curl secret that i love! you clamp the curler on your hair and then it basically sucks your hair in and after about twenty seconds you release and you have a perfect curl. i also have a mark hill pick n mix curler. you buy the barrel and can then mix and match different ends for different kinds of curls. heated rollers are also good if you want curls with lots of bounce!

I use either a curling wand, which is so easy and gives either proper ringlets or a more wavy style (like Holly Willoughby) depending on the thickness of section of hair you curl. It’s a babyliss one and was about £20- it’s so easy to use. Or sleep in rollers, which give a bouncy blow dry effect (like Kate Middleton). They’re pretty easy too, although not that comfortable to sleep in, but it is nice waking up to glam hair with minimal effort!

There’s lots of YouTube video tutorials of curlers, so might be worth watching some of these to see which end results you like the look of!

Though do you have straighteners? I use mine to curl my hair, would save you having to buy something else & it’s quite easy once you’ve got the hang of it.

I also have the curl secret. Bit more expensive than a wand but even a hair idiot like me couldn't mess it up. My hair looks really nice when it's done.
