Apple TV?

Hi,

I have an iPhone with a sim only contract with unlimited data. My TV is not a smart TV but it has USB ports. I don't have Wifi at home.

Do you know if I'd be able to use the Apple TV to watch Iplayer/Netflix from my iPhone to my TV without Wifi?

Mixed information online so thought I'd try here. Many thanks

You can cast from your iPhone to the Apple TV but I'm almost certain you need WiFi to set up the Apple TV in the first place.

Also, does your tv have hdmi slots as the Apple TV will need one to connect to it.
