Looking for childminder/ babysitter to help with dropping off my 4 yrs old to nursery

Good afternoon,

We are based in Ripley and looking for a childminder/ babysitter to help in looking after our 4yrs old boy from 7:00 am and drop him to his nursery in Pyrford at 8:00am Monday-Friday.

Haneen you probably won't get a result here.

Try the MN local boards and also if you have a local facebook buying / selling group ask for recommendations there.

Have a look on gumtree too as people are often looking for work there.

Usual caveats apply - get references, check dbs etc. etc.

I would ask on local Facebook pages, and parent pages in your area.

If you know anyone with a nanny, ask them. I start work as a nanny at 815 so do a similar drop off beforehand. Or if there’s a member of staff at the nursery that would do it, not if extra money for someone who’s going there anyway

You could try local county website though not sure many childminders would be interested unless going there already.

You may struggle. At 4 he would still need to be counted in their numbers meaning they couldn't take a full place child, many cm's don't start that early and many want to be home at that time for drop offs.

Have you any other options? Such as using a cm all day?
