One day in time

I'm sure this has been done before but it's always interesting. If you could go back in time for one day, which day would you choose and why? Or if not a specific day/event, which period of your life?

I have so many but I'd love to go back to being a child of around 11. A day at school in the last year of primary to revisit my friends and teachers, then running home to have time with my family, play outside on my bike with friends, explore my house and bedroom. Just soak everything up and really appreciate it in a way that I didn't when I was living it.

I've lost both parents now and would love to see them again, through myself as a child, and ask them all the questions I wish I could ask now.

So would I be just reliving the day or doing so with the knowledge and memory that I have now?

And can I change it? Or am I a passive viewer?

I'd go with the knowledge I have now and just wake up in my 11 year old body for the day.
