I need to arrange online shop for dmum. Only tesco deliver to her address. Do they carry the bags inside to the kitchen? She has a house rather than a flat. Thanks!

I order from Tesco and they always ask where I want the bags & take them into the kitchen

You can put notes on the order. I arrange a fortnightly delivery for my dad and have a note on it saying he is partially sighted and infirm and asking them to be patient. They ate very good.

They unpack all the fridge/freezer items for my mum into the fridge/freezer as needed. I then go round when I’m free later that day and put away all the other bits. Also, make sure you request the delivery without bags, saves money and having loads of bags knocking around, especially as they’re delivering it right to the kitchen.

I get Tesco weekly, they always ask me where I would like it and bring it through to the dining room. Some drivers help unpack it (speeds things up for them), some stand and watch me to do it.
