Another ear piercing...

So I know I’ve done this before but I want peoples opinions!

I’ve attached a pic of one ear and the other is the same but without the helix. I have hit a point where I now want another and can’t decide what to go for.

Am considering forward helix in the ear without a helix. I did think about tragus but that one scares me for some reason.

Or do I have enough? I just love them all and enjoy getting them done!

I have 3 in each lobe then in my left I have 2 helix and my daith and in my right I have conch and rook. I want another but can't decide as altogether I have 13 piercing and can't have uneven numbers-I'm weird like that.

Have you tried thought about another lobe piercing above the others?

Or helix in a line?

DianaPrincessOfThemyscira · 16/10/2018 20:42

I say no to helix, only because I took mine out, they never stopped being sore and very tender. I had two in my right ear for a year. That was enough for me.

Tragus and conch healed fine, the conch I was expecting to really hurt but I didn’t feel it! The tragus was honestly fine and heals easily.

I’ve got a new-ish conch and it’s really sore. Hard not to sleep on it, hoping it heals.

My conch piercings took a while to calm down. I had lumps on the backs of my ears and this meant the bars were really tight. I ended up unscrewing the balls and then wearing the bars backwards so that the piercing stayed open but it wasn’t being squeezed. They settled down really quickly after that and now feel fine - can sleep on them both no problem. I can wiggle them round and everything!

Helix is still sore at times to be fair and I had it done in January. I expected conch to hurt more than it did at the time.

I did think about another lobe - I have room 😊

Ah that’s good to know, that they did settle down eventually! Let us know what you decide. Nosey Grin

I have decided to have a tragus piercing on Saturday - I shall post a pic after.

I’m a bit scared of it even though that bit is squishier than the conch is!

Ooh, we have almost identical ears! My left ear is 3 lobe piercings, conch and forward helix.

Definitely go for forward helix. It’s bloody painful but it suits the combination you’ve got really well.

(In my right ear I have 3 lobe, scaffold and rook. I’d recommend rook but I think it looks a bit crowded with a conch. If I remember correctly, there’s a contestant on The Apprentice who has both rook and conch in one ear and they look a bit busy right next to each other)

PassMeTheBleach · 15/11/2018 18:45

Oops, got excited and didn’t read through the thread Blush I’m sure your tragus will look amazing!

(And I still recommend forward helix for future)

fruityb · 15/11/2018 21:16

I might still go forward helix in the other ear to the normal helix. I think you’re right that rook and conch might be too much as I’ve noticed her as well!

They haven’t hurt at the time but afterwards my conch piercings have caused me some problems.

My husband will hate it but they’re my ears lol
