At what point do you take a 1yr old to walk in centre?

last week nursery called temp of 38.5 calmed with Calpol. Really whiney on Saturday and Sunday highest temp was 37.2. today been awful snotty nose and pulling ears. Temp 37.7 just given paracetamol. At what point does he go walk in for assessment? I don't know if I'm being too laid back of worrying too much?!?

Is a regular gp appointment not an option?

I would have taken him to the GP yesterday to be honest.
