Girls toddler coat...help!

I am finding it impossible to get a girls coat aged 12-18 months that is warm and waterproof any ideas? I have tried matalan/next/supermarket with no joy.

I've bought a few coats from Zara. Recently bought a padded coat for about £12.50. Last winter here coat was from the Debenhams Blue Zoo range. Gap is normally quite good too, though can be pricey. They regularly have 25-40% off on their website, don't think I've ever paid full price!

I used to get them from H&M. Probably from the ski wear when that came in.
