DS (13) and DD (6) currently share a room in our 2 bed HA home. DS has ASD and his behaviour is escalating to the point I'm no longer comfortable with them sharing so have decided to give him our room and we will sleep in the living room.
Not a route I wanted to go down but after being told it's our only option due to housing shortage, not wanting to give up a secure tenancy and DH's poor mental health making me wary of committing to a mortgage it's my only idea of making the most of what we have.
Anyway, background over I'll get back to my original post. Any recommendations? DH and I have back problems so need something sturdy but not too hideous for our not particularly large sitting room.
