Is this heart burn or something else?

Been getting a dull pain in my chest left hand side under/inside the breast/chest area for a few weeks now on & off. My blood pressure is also high 115/97. Only found that out today. Kind of worried and not sure when I can get into the GP.

Does it happen after spicy food? Are you getting acid reflux?

Alternatively, Google gallbladder symptoms. That's why I'm still up, waiting to have mine out and it's bloody painful! But... it was a slow build-up and I initially thought it was indigestion.
