Dog friendly eateries in York / Harrogate / Leeds

We’re planning on hiring a cottage near Harrogate in the new year and taking our daschund. We’d love to have some nice lunches and brunches out and it would be great if any of you lovely lot could recommend places. Even evening meals if there’s anywhere that springs to mind.

Baltzersen's in Harrogate. Great for lunch, coffee and the best waffles.

Muddy Boots in Harewood. The grounds of Harewood House is a lovely place to walk especially at this time of year.

The Hermit on the edge of ilkley moor is classic pub grub (we're talking real ale rather than gastropub) but really nicely done and dog friendly, I'd definitely recommend it!

Pieminister in Leeds is dog friendly at any time

Ooh and Salami in Otley, it's a little cafe with the best hot chocolate ever, plus lots of dog treats. I don't even have a dog and I love it there

Kibbles Bakery in Skipton is a must.

The Duke of York in York is dog friendly and nice pub grub. We often take our dachshund to York altho i would avoid on a weekend unless you are carrying them as it is so busy.
