Went into a Turkish cafe today and had a dish made up of chopped tomato, onion, garlic, egg, herbs and garlic sausage all mixed up and baked in the oven in a cast iron dish served with crusty bread to dip
It was fucking epic! But can I for the life of me remember what it was called to make again?! Nope!
