How much time do you allow your children to be on screens?

Help! I have no idea what the "correct" time is and would like to compare with others. Mine are 9, 12 and 15!

Ours are 10 & 8. They are only allowed use any "technology" as we call it (Xbox, iPads, Nintendo DS etc) at weekends. No TV allowed weekday mornings (would make it impossible to get them out the door!) other than that we're fairly relaxed, if it's a crappy Saturday we don't mind them being on iPad for a couple of hours for example. But both kids have lots of other interests and would go off and do other things under their own steam so we wouldn't often have to order them off gadgets or TV at weekends.
