Wilko Air fryer

Does anyone have an instruction manual for a Wilko Air Fryer? We have inherited one (!) but it doesn't have a manual and I thought it would be straightforward but sweet potato wedges have been in for 20 minutes and are barely warm. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

There are manuals for other manufacturers' air fryers on line (e.g. Tower). Do they give you a clue?

I've had a look at others but can't get the power light to come on and it's not heating up significantly!! I've just had a brainwave and emailed Wilko customer services!!
