If I put chicken in slow cooker tonight on low, will it still be ok tomorrow evening or should I take out in morning and reheat?

Can you put it in tomorrow morning instead? I put it in in the morning & leave it on low all day then have it for tea.

You could do, then just switch it to warm and leave it all day that way? It would be better to do it in the morning though

The chicken went out of date yesterday! So that's the reason for putting it on tonight!!!

Might be safer to roast/poach/grill it tonight then use the cooked meat in your meal tomorrow evening.

I wouldn't cook a chicken for 24 hours, it will be overcooked. I would cook it now, overnight, cool it, then use the meat in whatever meals you've got planned over the next 2 days.

Thanks sorted will cook now and use tomorrow night!

If the chicken doesn't smell, not mouldy and isn't slimy, then it's okay to eat. I wouldn't go by the date, smell and look is more important.
