Anyone know what this is on my lip? (Pic)

I've had it for 2 weeks now, if I catch it with my toothbrush then it bleeds. It feels like a little lump / pimple but is quite sore and really annoying.

I've tried blistex but it's not helping.

Any ideas?

I'm pregnant btw
