How do I get guttering repaired (hopeless emoticon)?

To be fair, it is for elderly relatives whom I help look after, 2 hours away from my home. There is no-one else to help.

I have been approaching builders who advertise locally to them, or jotting down numbers of builders vans, but either getting no reply, or they promise to visit and then don't/are too busy.

It really really needs doing now, but I think it's too small a job for most to bother with. Any brilliant ideas oh wise MNetters?

I just asked on a facebook selling group. It cost me £60 to have gutters cleaned and the brackets at the front replaced.

A lot of window cleaners do it too.

yep to roofers.
and yes, some builders are shit not very good at responding. better call rather than email/text.

Thank you. Will definitely try roofers and Checkatrade. (Now got that song stuck in my head!)
