Immunosuppressed emetophobe with DC puking

I'm fucked aren't I?

I take medication for arthritis which has buggered my immune system and both kids have had a bug this week (almost a week apart actually so is it even the same bug?)

I'm feeling anxious, is there anything I can actually do [I'm limiting my own food and drink intake as I feel queasy but that could be my medication or reaction to flu jab ]

DP is off to work away tomorrow evening as well.

Help!!!

Do you have any apple cider vinegar? I take a slosh in a cup of of hot water when I feel sick - often works.
