What was this film? very little to go on

So it was a film where the main character was in the either the army or air force but im thinking more likely air force. Couls have been the RAF or it might have been American air force but based in the England. He got married and had a baby, they lived in a posh part of London but the wife felt she didnt fit in. There was something about being a spy or being accused of being a spy. Any ideas?

Don’t know why I clicked on this, I don’t watch films! I suppose it was on the off chance that it was about one of about 4 films I remember watching 20 odd years ago 😂
