DF has come back from his holidays to find a letter stating that he failed to respond to a letter regarding a speeding fine so now court papers are being drawn up.
The letter was allegedly sent in August but he did not receive it. Does anyone know whether these letters have to be sent signed for or anything like that? Just not sure where he stands really as he would have responded immediately if he had received the letter.
