Help! Studio catalogue website - how does delivery and payment work ?

I placed an order with Studio on Monday, first time shopping with them.
I ordered bout 8 items, totalling around £70.
I got an invoice today for £4.99, which said 1 item would be delivered within 21 days. I have to pay the invoice within 7 days.
It said if there are other items not shown on my invoice, then I need to include them on my next order.

I went online to pay the invoice and it says that balance is £25 ish. I took this to mean the value of what I have ordered, less the value of what will be sent out. When I tried to only pay £4.99 though, I got a message saying that I would be charged interest on the outstanding balance. Does that mean I will get the remaining items after all?

I am really confused as to what I need to pay, what I need to re-order and what I am going to receive. I don't want to reorder regardless, as the items are personalised, so I won't be able to return if I end up with doubles.

Did you set up a credit account? Have you received anything yet?

dementedpixie · 12/10/2018 17:57

I'd ring them to clarify

I didn’t set up a credit account, I said I would pay on an invoice.

I’ve looked at my account online. There is another invoice showing for the £25ish bit, which is the other items, but has no tracking info yet.

With the credit account you get a monthly statement. Looks like another way is to pay on receipt of the items. Have you received anything yet?

Haven't received anything yet. Confused that "help" Qs say I need to pay on receipt of order, but I have been invoiced even though I haven't received anything yet?

That's why I asked if you'd received anything

dementedpixie · 12/10/2018 18:37

I'd ring them

Will do, thank you.
