Ok, I know it's just a virus but I a, feeling sorry for myself. Has anyone else got this, and how long does it Last?
It's a cold virus with no coughing and not much sneezing. Very congested, the back of my skull hurts, the skull around my ears hurt, heavy head, nasty headache, nasty pain in sinuses.
Help!
