I changed dentists last year due to my existing dentist cancelling appointments and being incredibly rude.
Saw the new dentist earlier this year and was very pleased with them. I had an appointment for end of October but received a letter to say they had to cancel and could I contact them to reschedule.
Not a problem...phone them today only to be told there are no appointments available until next June. 
Is this now a standard thing?
