Has anyone used these recently, i am 12 wks into my claim for my ex to pay maintenance for our daughter. We tried family based arrangement first but he didn't stick to it so now going for direct pay. He refused to send wage slips in and apparently the info from hmrc came back blank, he has been working for this company now for 5 years on paye. CMS have gone to his employer for info but they arent always sending correct info in, CMS go back to them and they are given a further 2 weeks to respond. In the mean time i am having no financial help from ex husband for our daughter, he also earns 3x my income. I am getting really fed up now with keep being fobbed off, originally they say you should receive you first payment within 6 weeks, well that certainly hasn't happened.
Has anyone else had dealings with CMS and how long did it take to sort out and did you have any problems
