Are these normal house spiders? First one appeared in the kitchen last night, second one trying to get in the kitchen window today. I am freaked out with these, can’t stop itching!

They're normal, the second ones tend to live in the garden though. They do impressive webs.

I Think they are! We've had 4 similar sized ones in the past week. My dh just throws them out and I swear they just keep coming back in!

Creepy things they are

Gaaaaaaaah! Can’t stand them. Glad they are normal though. When is spider season over (if ever!)

Spider season over when it gets colder. Never usually see them once into November. Roll on!

Yeah, normal. We've had a couple of mahoosive bastards the past week. As it's getting colder they all look for a place to keep warm. Apparently conkers keeps them at bay (according to my great aunt who has a tree's worth on every bloody windowsill lol). I'm not great with them either I will admit but the hoover is a good solution (but gruesome ending for the wee beggars).
