I am 27 and for 7 years have been suffering ibs/anxiety. For the past year my anxiety has got really bad the doctors have put me on amitriptyline 30mg per night and 40mg propanolol 2 per day. This week has been a bad week so I've been back to the doctors and they have refereed me to councilling whilst still waiting to go does anyone recommend things that could take my mind off panic. The thing I hate is the morning school run the 20 min walk if my ibs is on a bad day is horrible.
