Is the Barclays online banking app called Barclays I portal?

If it’s not, can somebody please link the proper up that I need to be able to do online banking thank you

It’s telling me I can’t do it because I use the US App Store. My Apple ID is linked to my US bank account. Is there a way of changing this without having to give all of the new card details? I really don’t want to have to get a new Apple ID just to be able to use the Barclays account app.
