Becca You being unwell like this has been going on for weeks must be something the gp can do.

DC are with mil today. I am on my way to London for a day of shopping, lunch out & cocktails with some friends. It's my birthday Sunday so this is an early birthday celebration.

GP said its tough just to wait it out, it's really effecting my mental health now and I'm badly struggling and being messed around by social services who want rid of me.

Im so worthless and feel so scared.

It's all well and good to tell me to get over it or rest more but I can't. I've tried. I really have.

sneaky I meant to ask did it go ok with your work coach? I hope so!

Hi all, been quite poorly all week , no idea what is wrong, got apt on Monday and luckily it's with my own doc who I have had for years. There are now 7 docs in our surgery and none of them actually seem interested or bother to look at our history and it's been difficult to get an apt' with my regular doc. And you never see the same one twice, which I find off putting. Sorry for all of you with problems with one thing or another.

Hi owls.

Checking in to spread some positivity around the tree tonight. My choir had a big concert this evening and we smashed it! One of the sets we were joined by rainbows, brownies & guides from across the county and my DCs were pretend rainbows for the day. They sang beautifully and knew every word to all of the songs they performed. The whole thing was a great success!

And... I got my braces off this week! It's been 27 months of having them on, but I finally, got the first time ever in my life, have beautiful straight teeth. Oooh and I found out that a friend of mine is pregnant and I'm soooooo excited for her. They've been trying for years and have their first IVF appointment in a few weeks time, then got the news this week! It's still very early days, but it's so lovely to hear positive news after all of the negativity that's been surrounding me recently.

Spreading the joy to all of you lovely lot, I have brioche and apples (I crunched an apple today for the first time in 2 years - was so good!) also Fererro Rocher. Hope you're all doing okay tonight

It’s my birthday today 🍾🥂🎈🎉 had all lovely long breakfast and a glass of fizz, presents/cards/flowers so spoilt already. Can you see the rabbit card dh got me?

Off out for a roast in the village pub later, some friends are joining us. Then back to ours for cake and gin, I’ve got a lovely Seville orange gin for my birthday.

I've got my period yesterday and I'm feeling rotten today. It's a lovely day but I can't face going outside.

I've restarted my diabetes meds today though on a lower dose so maybe that's part of it as well.

I managed to get some milk tonight, I needed to go out for fresh air. I didn't get my meds but have appointment first thing. Still feeling unwell though I got some rest this morning and afternoon.

I've not been at all well this week

it went great!

I won't need another ESA medical until October 2019 - and don't need to do anything in the meantime until spring when we might start looking at college for September next year.

Me and mil have taken the dc swimming today and been out for lunch. I feel worn out this week, glad it’s friday and dh will be home for the weekend shortly. Takeaway curry night tonight I can’t wait.
