After getting sick of habitual drinking* I saw it was 91 days till Christmas and decided to challenge myself to stay on the wagon until Christmas Eve. At first I felt smug and virtuous and got loads done but now, well, Im getting a bit bored. I feel thinner despite eating lots of chocolate, my face is far less puffy and I am sleeping far better. Its been a very stressful week and I really want to sit back and have a few chilled glasses of wine. I won't, but I am running out of sober type blogs, or articles on how amazing it is to be teetotal etc and would like some more inspiration!
- By habitual I mean most nights, even if just a glass but certainly more at weekends.
