Short trousers for toddlers

My toddler has short legs and most of the trousers I buy for him are ridiculously long. I have to roll them up quite a lot so that he's not tripping over them!

Does anyone have any recommendations for clothings brands where the trousers are a bit shorter than others (or even just ones where they are not extra long)?

Leggings? That's what I have to use for my short slim child.

Yes @user1471459936 - he's been in leggings/shorts for most of the summer, but most leggings seem too thin now that the weather is turning cold...
