Steralising advice please!

My boy is 6 weeks old and formula fed. I forgot to put water in my tommee tippee microwave steralise before setting it off. Will the bottles be safe to use??

I’d redo- it’s the steam from the water that sterilises and I wouldn’t take chances with a newborn.
