A lot! Chelsea prices are crazy that's why I aim for cheaper games.

Though think it'll be sold out by now as game is next week and they went on sale a few weeks back.

Angrybird345 · 09/10/2018 18:39

£200 plus?? Guessing!

Shoite · 09/10/2018 18:40

Possibly sold out unless you pay top whack for hospitality but check stub hub

IamaBluebird · 09/10/2018 18:50

This will be sold out already I think Op.
Chelsea play Derby in the caraboa cup at the end of October, you might have a chance with these tickets.

EscapeToTheMoon · 09/10/2018 19:26

Without a season ticket ot purchasing through a supporters club i doubt you will get them

bigchris · 09/10/2018 22:24

Sorry got caught up with tea and homework

I don’t think you can just buy tickets... I’m sure you need to be a club member or something.

IamaBluebird · 09/10/2018 23:47

Chelsea use a loyalty points system. Once tickets have gone to season ticket holders etc. Tickets for this game went on sale in early September to people meeting the necessary criteria.
If you want to see Chelsea Op the game against Derby might go on general sale.
Less interest in the cup, but it's a night game Football

DH got tickets after signing DS into the kids Bridge Supporters club. Paid about £120 for 2 tickets. Expensive plus hotel and train but worth it. Once only trip

Zoflorabore · 10/10/2018 07:03

Ds is an Everton supporter but travels all over for away games. He's 15 so still able to get kids tickets when available but more often than not he has to get what's available which are normally adult ones and the FA put a price cap on all PL tickets a few years ago which is £30 for adults and £20 for kids.

If you buy them from one of the ticket sites then the cost can be anything from face value to whatever the buyer is willing to pay.

Ds is going to Chelsea next month and his ticket will be £30 as is buying off an adult family friend who cannot go.

By your logic, the tickets should cost 2 X £30 and 2 X £20 which is £100 but it depends where you get them from.

The big games are a nightmare to get and also to get 4 seats together will be very hard. Be prepared to split up in groups of 2.

SharkSave · 10/10/2018 07:39

About 6 years ago I was offered arsenal vs spurs tickets, face value of £75 each (adult tickets). Assume it'd be similar for this game if not more

MadisonAvenue · 10/10/2018 07:46

Not sure about Chelsea’s prices, although London clubs tend to be more expensive anyway, but we’re (myself and my 18 year old son) Man Utd regulars and it costs in the region of £70 for the two of us but where possible I always try to get the cheapest tickets that I can due to travel costs making it an expensive thing to do. My son’s tickets are discounted due to his age.

MadisonAvenue · 10/10/2018 07:47

Meant to also say that prices depend on where you sit in the ground.

Zoflorabore · 10/10/2018 12:46

Just double checked and it's right, from 2016 all premier league clubs had agreed to cap the cost of tickets for away matches at maximum of £30 for adults for at least the next 3 years, with a third of clubs charging on average £26.
Under 16's are called at £20.

skippy67 · 10/10/2018 14:55

You probably won't get tickets anyway. Season ticket holders, then members means there aren't usually any on general sale.

MadisonAvenue · 10/10/2018 15:08

Zoflorabore That pricing cap is for away supporters only though, I don’t think the OP has said whether she was looking for tickets as a Chelsea supporter or United. She certainly wouldn’t get them in the away end, away tickets for any game are gold dust even for Utd season ticket holders.
